Description of issue

When we deploy the data science agent to google cloud, we need to create a rag corpus (for the bqml). I need to know that is the Cloud Spanner API needed for the RAG Corpus to function, or can it be disabled?

I think I got my answer. As developers, it is important for us to know all the services that might be used as part of deploying an Agent to Google Cloud, as hidden costs can be incurred. In my case, Cloud Spanner had eaten up 50 USD. We had no clue what was this Cloud Spanner and when did we use it so much. Later did we realise that it is a fundamental requirement of a RAG Corpus.
