403 error on apt repository URL

Hello, when I try to add the cvdr apt repository, I met with 403 error on apt update command, the same when I visit the repo's url in a browser. Could you either fix or add a documentation on how to authenticate myself? Thanks.

Just tried below command today. It was working for me.
