From README.md.

Build:

    bazel build //java/com/google/copybara
    bazel build //java/com/google/copybara:copybara_deploy.jar to create an executable uberjar.

I don't get how to use that? I guess I don't need java for "executable uberjar", do I? Then what is the product of the first command and how to use it?
