This has been asked before, but I could not find a solution. I want to modify the camera controls, so that starting from the initial view, the mouse and keyboard controls rotate the camera relative to itself and zoom in/out in the direction its pointing it (moving forward/backwards). This is to emulate a first-person character view. I would have the mouse movement while clicked control yaw/pitch (to avoid the need of cursor lock), the scroll and either pageup/dn and/or arrow up/dn control the forward/backwards movement, and optionally the left/right to pan the camera relative to itself on the horizontal axis in screen-space. Before I implement my own solution, I would be happy to know if you've seen any such implementations based on model-viewer.
