Apigee API: How to upload sharedflow zip files

Hi, just a quick question. I was trying to upload a sharedflow zipfile using this API call https://googleapis.github.io/google-api-python-client/docs/dyn/apigee_v1.organizations.sharedflows.html#create.

1. Unfortunately, it kept saying that the request was more than 15mb, however, the actual data that's being passed in the API is only about 8mb. Is this a bug?
2. Is there a way to create a raw request to create POST request using credentials
3. Is there a way to extract an Authotization bearer Token using credentials?
