I can use the low media resolution parameter when generating content from cached media, but not when explicitly caching it. So I'm forced to cache full-res videos even when I only need the lower quality version.

Let me use the low media resolution parameter when explicitly caching videos, not just when using it. Would let me cache way more content.

Splitting videos into chunks before explicitly caching each one to prevent context window limits.
