Windows Python 3.13 Wheel missing on PyPI

Noticed when I ran uv add google-crc32c that it had to build on python 3.13. Confirmed that the pre-built wheel is missing on PyPI. PyPI Downloads

Hi @gfxenjoyer. Thanks for reporting this issue. This was fixed in #279. The wheels should be available now in https://pypi.org/project/google-crc32c/1.7.1 . I also backfilled the wheels to https://pypi.org/project/google-crc32c/1.7.0 since they were missing.
