Gemini Batch API stuck all jobs on BATCH_STATE_PENDING for more than 24 hours. Any ETA for fix? Many users report same bug and there is no info for fix time.

@janasangeetha Hey, you can bump this problem to the team second time? They write about "resolved" problem, but it's still not proccessing batch jobs.. What you are doing? How we can trust you as bussiness partner.. you promise to proccess batch in 24 hours and jobs be canceled/pending more than 48 hours..

I’m having the same problem. Currently, about 50 requests are stuck in the BATCH_STATE_RUNNING status.

Google developers, could you please tell me what the issue is and when it will be fixed?

Why Google Team set batch api problems as resolved XD? You can give any statment whats going on in the last days with your services and when it's will be fixed? @janasangeetha

The same problem is happening to me, I have about 30 batches stuck now in the pending state.

I do believe there is the same issue when using OpenAI API, following official Gemini guidelines: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/openai#batch. I had a job running for more than 24hrs with "status='in_progress'" (if I check its status via genai.Client I get JobState.JOB_STATE_PENDING). I tried to restart it, but the issue persists.

Yeah, testing the batch API and getting BATCH_STATE_PENDING for two full days now. Not promising.. Maybe they are scaling gemini batch API down in favor of other services
