[new check] Are caps swashed by default?

I'd like a fontquant check to tell me if the (latin) caps are swashed by default.

I reviewed an image that had https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Almendra+Display used to set a textbox with widely letter-spaced all caps and I need metadata to avoid that haha :)

I wonder if this can be done with something that knows average uppercase:lowercase advanceWidth values as I expect swashcaps are a lot wider than normal. Perhaps also something about the LSB being close to zero?

@tomasdev pointed out we should have a heuristic to detect all swashed glyphs, lowercase included

Depending on the design, sometimes it can be the glyph BBOX that gets super wide, without the advance width changing much (or perhaps not at all). This can be a Thing when the swashy bit goes either well below the baseline or well above the cap height.
