COLR calculations may be off

Bungee Tint and Bungee Spice have a thin "skeleton" line. However, the XOPQ (621) and YOPQ (209) values are not small at all. I expected them to be, given that thin inner stroke.

I think ignoring that line is ok, but we need another fontquant method to detect the thinnest opaque stroke and thinnest transparent stroke
