[Fullstack] Angular v20 + Laravel v12

Since both frameworks received massive changes in the last few years, I will do a full stack implementation in this stack. It will also help me to revisit some of my web development skills. Wish me luck!

Just in case, the point of this api is mainly to mix and match different frontends and backends!
You can use these api tests to verify your api is conform to the implementation : https://github.com/gothinkster/realworld/tree/main/api
And then build your frontend against the api, if you wish to proceed in that order

Then, you can release as 2 separate projects, one for the frontend and one for the backend, and link one another in the Readme - but you can still release as a full stack project if you prefer
