Correctly show the price of custom machine types.

Actual Behavior

Price of custom machine types are showing price of predefined machine types.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a node pool with custom machine types.
2. Scale out the node pool to at least 1 node.
3. Find the instance on cloudcost-exporter /metrics.

Important Factoids

• Some machine families support custom machine types.
• Spot machine also have different price for custom machine types.
