Support for the v2.0 version of SurrealDB is still pending now available as of v0.3.0 in the official Go driver. Unfortunately, the datasource is compatible with v1.0 only for the time being.

This issue will track progress on updating the datasource for v2.0 compatibility when available.

@adamyeats SurrealDB is now stating compatibility with > 2.0.0 and < v2.1.3 in the Go SDK docs.

It would be nice to upgrade to v2 of surrealdb, since it's just the authentification that change ...

I would also like to express support for this. As far as I can tell, the Surrealdb.go sdk has been stable for many months now. Also, 0.3.2 is the latest version (its only a tag rather than a release): https://github.com/surrealdb/surrealdb.go/tags
