Documentation for creating a boilerplate project is out of date #580

Description

@alexnitta

In the Getting Started sections of the READMEs for the Basic and Advanced TypeScript boilerplates, the instructions mention using the graphql CLI with the --boilerplate argument. This argument is no longer supported, and results in the error: Unknown argument: boilerplate.

The correct way to use the graphql CLI to create a boilerplate project is just to do:

graphql create my-app

The CLI will prompt you for the boilerplate selection after that:

? Choose GraphQL boilerplate project:
  node-basic Basic GraphQL server (incl. database)
  node-advanced GraphQL server (incl. database & authentication)
  typescript-minimal        "Hello World" GraphQL server
❯ typescript-basic Basic GraphQL server (incl. database)
  typescript-advanced GraphQL server (incl. database & authentication)
  react-fullstack-minimal "Hello World" fullstack app with React & GraphQL
  react-fullstack-basic React app + GraphQL server (incl. database)
(Move up and down to reveal more choices)

Also, note that the Minimal option does exist now - in the root README it says this is "coming soon."
