Clients unable to upload new resources due to "State" Bug #90
Comments
Thanks so much Veronica! Any luck? From: Veronica Wharton [mailto:[email protected]] I'll take a look this weekend! — |
I was unable to reproduce this bug when I typed in PA. Under what circumstances does the bug occur? |
Hi Ben, It occurs whenever someone tries to input a new site using this link: http://www.phillyfoodfinder.org/propose-resource Thanks for your help! |
Hi Hannah, Are you still seeing this issue? Best, |
Hey Ben, It looks like I can approve pending resources so that's awesome, and I can add a new resource on the backend as admin. I tried to propose a test resource to see if the submission form still works, but I haven't seen it come through yet on the backend. Maybe it just needs some time? I'll let you know if it doesn't end up showing up. Thanks so much as always for your help! Hannah |
Hey Ben, |
*On the "Manage Resources" screen in the admin backend. |
When a client tried to upload a new site via the link on our website, she was unable to do so because when she filled out the "State" question for the address, the site did not recognize her answer "PA" as legitimate. See photo attached. Please help!
Thanks,
PFF team
