Possible Sync Issues

There are potential sync issues if people do a lot of things outside of the reg system, so I need to implement an initial github<->db sync when you login if you own a team to make sure it is up to date.

Multiple teams are having "sync" issues, so I'll try to get a fix out by tomorrow.
