[Transfers] Improve user experience

Current State

Most transfer options currently present users with a basic form interface containing standard input fields. While functional, this approach leaves significant room for improvement in both user experience and overall functionality.

Proposed Direction

Elevate all transfer pages to a consistent, enhanced format that provides users with a more intuitive and visually refined experience. The goal is to standardize the interface across all transfer types while incorporating improved design patterns and functionality.

I see how medium-sized benefits from this:

1. It makes the sections of the form clearer, which helps new users digest/understand the fields.
2. It allows us to add a section-level description (under the section heading on the left) so that we can provide section-specific tips. For example, "If you choose, we'll use the recipient's email to update them on progress for this payment".

Potential cons:

• Narrows the available page width
• Design would likely be desktop only— I don't see this working on mobile.

@manuthecoder Before we start writing code, it'd be great to sync up on how we want this to work across transfer types and screen sizes and get some preliminary designs done in Figma.

Honestly I prefer having it on one page when using my computer because I can go back and change any fields at any point
