Overview

We need all projects to use the same labels so that our automation will work for all projects

Action Items

• Get Data Science to analyze existing labels distribution Monitor: Data-Science: Repo Label Issue #26
• Make a subset of labels that should be on all repos
• Look a ways to update existing repos with default labels
• Test adding a specific label(s) to all repos (e.g. role: frontend)
• Re-run label analysis with Data Science
• Design roll-out plan
  • Create documentation for communicating change
  • Define cadence and information for monitoring label usage across the org
• Roll-out plan
• Monitor usage
