Overview

The homepage filter sidebar is confusing because there are separate 'Language', 'Tool', and 'Languages/Technologies/Tools' categories. We need to remove the extra 'Language' and 'Tools' categories to make the filter less confusing and consistent with the Projects Page.

Action Items

• Open assets/js/current-project.js . On line 46, there is a conditional for the Project page that transfers the items in 'Languages' and 'Tools' to 'Languages/Technologies/Tools'. Add the homepage to the conditional by changing the line to:

if ((filterName === 'languages' || filterName === 'tools') && (window.location.pathname === '/projects/' || window.location.pathname === "/"))

• Verify the changes by viewing the following in your local environment and include before and after screenshots with your pull request
