The badges for the notification number isnt working perfectly fine yet. In addition there is no badge shown in the UI where the navigation is (chat, servers, settings). This kinda goes hand in hand with the other issue #330

what still needs to be done is properly update the ui badges for the chats itself as thats a bit wonky still

introduced setChatEntryBadgeCount to set or hide the badge now, especially when opening a chat, like in renderChat
