Describe the issue
I learned from Lokalise that hacs has supported simplified Chinese translation, but it still displays in English on my system. The language option in my HAOS user settings has been set to simplified Chinese.
Reproduction steps
1.Set the language of HAOS to Simplified Chinese
2.Install and configure HACS
