ci: retrigger native build (docker.sock broken-pipe flake on prior release run)

The v1.42.132 release build (nav + Build/Plan mode-fix) failed on a DinD
docker.sock broken-pipe mid-build and was not retried — no tag produced.
Re-trigger the git.hanzo.ai native release.
