Question regarding transcoder

Thank you guys for making great apps. I have question regarding transcoder in xiu.

So i have cases where i need to do a transcode mp4 to multiple resolution (480p,720p,1080p etc.) on hls server instead off push it one by one. is there any plan on making that feature? or maybe that feature already added but not documented?

hi , XIU don't support transcode feature, typically transcoding systems and streaming media should be two separate services.

@harlanc i see that's understandable. Since xiu is light enough i decide to transcode each resolution manually and create a m3u8 playlist which is great for now
