Spell out HCP in What is Terraform HCP

The initialism "HCP" is not spelled out in documentation where it is introduced.
Specifically, on the page 'https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/cloud-docs' at no point is "HCP" expressed as "HashiCorp Cloud Platform".
While initialisms and acronyms simplify long titles, they introduce confusion if they are not explicitly spelled out in their initial reference.
