"ldaps" does not run on port 389 so we suggest changing that to "ldap" which does run on port 389.
We also recommend expanding the special character set while removing "%". When MFA is in place the "%" is used as a delimiter between the password phrase and the MFA value. So having it in the password phrase can cause difficulty. Expansion of the character set simply allows for more possible passwords.
