Alert Detail Page issues

1. The list view scroll and scroll to refresh are not working properly ( when one tries to scroll the list view up then the page gets refreshed)

2. The mail floating button not working

3. The state change must be toggled using toggle button with one side saying resolved and the other acknowledged as done in Trigger fragment. (just a suggestion)

4. We can depict Severity using colour code vector/shape along with text to create a visual impact like red coloured vector/shape for high priority. (just a suggestion)

@anant-dev Point 1 and 2 are nice observations. Even though fab is working but list do not get updated correctly.

for point 3 : There are in total 3 states. Initial one being resolved to it will be hard to convert into toggle concept

for point 4 : at present I oppose idea of color for severity
