首先劳动法规定的是严重违规是由法律规定的限度，并不是公司单方面规定的；
其次公司规章制度必须经过全体员工或者职工代表进行讨论提出意见，360规章制度制定程序不合法，所以并不是严重违规；
360是违法解除劳动合同！
最后祝愿360流氓软件赶快去死。
