Add Sort to MD "Key Variables and Definitions" Table

In the updated Metadata workflow, Adam added an automated table to show variable names, dates, etc at the bottom of each MD. For example -- https://oeps.healthyregions.org/docs/Access_MOUDs is a bit of a mess because there are so many variables, and viewing by similar variable name/ID would be easier.
