Using Paste in the Input OTP does not set the value from the clipboard to the input when it already has data.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue
Using Input OTP control, enter a "wrong" code (basically enter something into the boxes), then go to the first box, and Paste a code from the clipboard.
Expected behavior
When you paste a valid code (meaning, when you want 6 digits and you paste 6 digits) always put that value into the Input OTP whether the control already has a value or not.
