BSBLAN has wrong or no values #171030

The problem

Outside temperature always shows 3,0 degrees C and sync time crashes the BSBLAN-unit.
Heating circuit 1 is unknown.

I have a PPS-bus system with siemens RVD central heating unit.

    PPS is not yet supported. I will update documentation and try to find a way to detect if the system is PPS bus.

    For support, if you know the relevant parameters for PPS-bus please provide and I could add support.

    Please make a ticket for the parameters on python bsblan lib repo
