Feature Request: Musl libc build (for Chimera Linux)

Hi! First off, keymapper is fantastic — thank you for all the work you've put into it.

I'm trying to use it on Chimera Linux (musl-based), but the prebuilt binaries expect glibc loader (/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2). When building from source on Alpine (also musl), I hit:

1. src/runtime/Key.h: size_t undeclared (missing ?)
2. Host.cpp:159: make_blocking() undeclared

I'm curious about Chimera Linux but I've become so used to keymapper that I can't comfortably use a computer without it anymore -- that's the highest praise I can give! It's become a blocker for trying Chimera.

A musl tar.gz release would be amazing if you ever have time for it.

Please try again, I unfortunately generally broke the Linux build, but fixed it with the last commit. I think it should also work with musl, since there has recently been a pull request to fix the build.
