Use [title = "", class = ""] to target windows with no title/class (e.g. Vicinae's menu)

I use Vicinae as my launcher and wanted to remap Alt+h/j/k/l to the menu's navigation keys.

The menu doesn't seem to expose either a title or a class, so I gave this a try and it worked:

[title = "", class = ""]
Alt{H} >> Control{H}
Alt{J} >> Control{J}
Alt{K} >> Control{K}
Alt{L} >> Control{L}

Not sure if matching empty strings is intentional, but it's been a handy way to target Vicinae's menu. Hopefully this helps someone else.
