Support the Bash shell on Windows #147
Description
dvm needs a bit of help in order to support the Bash shell on Windows. Since there are so many levels of bash on Windows (git bash, cygwin, Windows Subsystem for Linux), we probably need at a minumum:
- dvm.sh that is just for Windows
- Update install.ps1 to download the new script
