macOS integration tests sometimes time out

Not sure if we just need to increase the time out (currently 25 minutes), or if there is a random hang occuring for some reason.

I picked 25 minutes as being quite a bit longer than the length of successful runs. (The default timeout is 60 minutes otherwise, and you don't want things sitting around doing nothing for that long.)

You can rerun the failed jobs.

It would be nice to know why things are hanging, what's gone awry, but it seems spontaneous.

Successful runs of the integration tests tend to take about 18 minutes (for the primary step) on macOS; 25 minutes is definitely in "hung" territory.

I wish I knew what was going haywire...
