Example of input file generators

In the Advanced workflow conceptssection on input file generators, we used to have:
"An example is given in advanced_workflow.yaml (link), along with the alternative code which would be needed to achieve the same result without an input file generator."

But the linked YAML file had hardcoded paths to @gcapes 's machine.

• Is this file relevant to both HPCflow and Matflow?
• Can we make an example that doesn't have one person't file paths in it?

I think it's relevant to both as it isn't specific to materials.

However, I don't think matflow/hpcflow supports relative paths, so for this we'd need some placeholder fake paths like the other examples.

I also noticed that the link to advanced_workflow.yaml doesn't render correctly so needs fixing.

To do:

• Check the workflow file works with most recent HPCflow/Matflow version
• Put in fake paths
• Correct the link to be RST
