Refactor the demo into a story / gallery architecture with customizable inputs

For Compose Multiplatform we can use https://github.com/Kotlin/Storytale. Need to find out what to use for Compose HTML. Maybe refer to KMDC. And we may end up adding a unified Storytale library module in this project.
