How to train ControlNet using non-quare photos

I have recently been playing with ControlNet training and got some promising results. But what holds me behind is that I cannot train on non-square photos, altought my original photos are non-square interior desings. I therefore need to split them to get square format, but by doing so training loses context of whole room :-/.

Is it possible somehow to train non-square photos using provided training scripts for ControlNets in diffusers library?
