Make "Home" keep track of which spaces we want to host

• Add a feature indicating whether a contact is "trusted" (maybe we can find a better name for that).
• Add logic to guess which spaces from our trusted contacts we should host (the ones with the less peers, something in that line).
• Enable the owner to whitelist / blacklist spaces (from contacts or not) so they are always / never hosted.
