Feature Request

Add support for async interceptor functions.

Motivation

I believe that async interceptor support should be integrated into the main repository, avoiding the need for an additional crate.

Proposal

It would be great if the code in the tonic-async-interceptor crate is validated and then merged.

Alternatives

Use the tonic-async-interceptor crate
