Sparks from AOS 2807 motor in INAV8 while moving sliders in output tab

Today after installing INAV8 from scratch to my 7" quad (F405V4) and while messing around with motor 1 slider in output tab, I did some fast movements with the slider above 50%. Then the corresponding AOS 2807 motor sparked and some smoke came out. After rebooting everything the motor still seems to work ok. I didn't use the sliders above 10% after the incident. The quad is in perfect hardware health and no issues before INAV8 install.

Any ideas why this happened? Is the motor safe or I need to replace it?
