Question : Accepting Pull Requests ?

I saw one closed pull request where I think a bot responded with something along the lines of "create PRs on your fork not on this repository".
I have some contributions to make that I think are worth while, mainly making the webpage prettier and adding a few buttons, one for light/dark mode and a reset button.
