Inconsistent Platform API Test - ES Setup

• Tests will pass sometimes, but not others. The test is not the issue, but the infrastructure to support the test.
• It failed due to an async issue in getting the ES environment running.
• can happen locally with npm-dev. Async issue with command in the wrong order or before something is destroyed?
