Continuation of #222, which was solved wrt the GitHub-Zenodo integration (PR #321) but where the idea about gh-pages is still in need of another tutorial!

A volunteer with some experience and who likes to share this information is most welcome! 🙏

For those who can't reach JIRA easily, the output @damianooldoni refers to, is OUTPUT 2023: Tutorial bevraging soortenmeetnetten databank.

To be honest, I don't see any relation between this subject of this issue (tutorial on how to host a html report) and the referred output (if I remember well and plans haven't changed, the idea was to add some functions to inbodb to query the soortenmeetnetten database?)
