Add the arguments and options to the command name

What I'd like to see, space-permitting, is the something like

ai:rapp "Has the vice president visited Rappahannock County?"

as the name. that would make figuring out which call to trace easier.

ai:rapp --meilisearch

Especially if I'm experimenting with different vector stores and embeddings based on some parameters.
