For confirmatory analyses it is good to retain the full brain coverage. Which means it is often good to use repeated site recordings for exploratory analyses. I had the agent write repeated_site_pids.md which says how to search Alyx for this info, but it would be better if this was a field in the downloaded data shards to avoid having to make Alyx queries.
