Web UI does not load correctly in VS Code web view

If I open the Git Web UI in VS Code, it does not load correctly:

All the Javascript and CSS files are failing to load. Relevant error in ISCLOG:

Here's a workaround:
Edit the web application /isc/studio/usertemplates. Change the "Group by ID" from %ISCMgtPortal to empty. Save.
