Ship a Goodreads search shortcut again

`gr` and `goodreads` search books and reviews. It shipped until v1.1.0
pruned it along with the `media` category it was filed under, and it
comes back in Search, which is where a book search belongs now that
categories are open section ids.

It leaves extras/packs/removed-commands.json in the same commit. That
file is the commands that no longer ship, so an entry there for one that
does is a duplicate, and the pack's aliases would collide with the
registry's.
