Fully clean build, ran through all troubleshooting, getting build errors in EncodingContainer, about Expected declaration

Using the following from capacitor:

        "@capacitor/app": "7.0.1",
        "@capacitor/core": "7.2.0",
        "@capacitor/haptics": "7.0.1",
        "@capacitor/ios": "^7.2.0",
        "@capacitor/keyboard": "7.0.1",
        "@capacitor/status-bar": "7.0.1",

Followed the setup guide; using the following:

node -v
v22.15.0

pod --version

When I attempt to do any build, I get the following error:

That's really weird, that return type; is not in Capacitor's source code
