controlhub crashing during boot process

I have observed today after rebooting an ALMA 9 machine (automatic updates enabled) an issue which seems to consist of multiple parts. Controlhub was off and when I started it manually it went up to "initialising the TCP listener" and then terminated with either "epmd: node name already occupied controlhub" or port 10203 already blocked. Checked the latter with
netstat -anp|grep "10203
and there was nothing running
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:10203 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN -
I then saw in the startup log that contrulhub went successfully up followed by the network-manager. I was not sure but I tried to disable the automatic start of controlhub and after another reboot I launched it manually: that works. So not sure whether it is something specific to my configuration or whether there is something wrong with the systemd config.
