unstable results when running ipbus software with usb-to-ethernet converter

Hi all, 

I am running the software that uses the ipbus software for ethenet communication.  It works perfectly when directly using the ethernet port on the pc. However, the results became unstable when  using the usb port on pc plus usb-to-ethernet converter. 

Does anyone know whether this could be fixed or not?
